* Light Duty Rating - Utilizing only the 4 radius rod bolts to mount a hitch on the RZR/RS-1 limits any hitch to a light-duty rating simply due to the limitations of the radius rod bolts. We do NOT recommend any brand of light-duty, 4-bolt radius rod mounted hitches for moving heavier, twin-axle trailers or loaded trailers, for off-road recovery or for any other heavy-duty uses. For these circumstances, you need the strength & durability of the Thunderhawk Heavy-Duty Double-Shear Hitches, due to their exclusive direct-frame mounting, gusseting & superior double-shear design.

QUALITY USA HITCH - ECONOMY PRICE
This Thunderhawk hitch uses a reinforced receiver tube and features 3/16" & 1/4" steel construction throughout for strength & durability. Like all Thunderhawk hitches, this hitch is designed with the proper bends to match the offset of the RZR/RS-1 frame (which eliminates radius rod bolt failure caused by flat hitch plates that are common elsewhere). The hitch plate is cut to allow the factory tow point to still be accessible and includes a differential /gearcase fluid service access hole.
BUILT FOR EASY SERVICE & DURABILITY
Thunderhawk's rear receiver hitch features a differential fluid service access hole so that you can easily check and top-off differential fluid without having to remove the hitch, and a durable black powdercoat finish. The receiver tube is an automotive-grade, reinforced 2" receiver tubes for superior strength, durability and proper fitment with standard 2" towing accessories. Double gussets eliminate deflection of the receiver tube when towing, and twin tow hook points provide easy attachment of tow hooks when necessary. The factory tow point is still accessible too. The tongue weight rating for this hitch is 150 lbs. Made in USA. Please Note: Some photos of installed hitches are white or red for photo clarity, all hitches shipped out are powdercoated black.

- Fits RS-1 with the Polaris Extreme rear bumper
- Fits 2024 & newer RZR XP with Polaris 2884514-458 High Coverage rear bumper
- Does NOT fit 2024 & newer RZR XP with Polaris 2884516-458 Low Profile rear bumper
- Does NOT fit 2014-2023 RZR with with the Polaris rear bumper or
aftermarket frame-mount bumpers with low cross tubes (see photos above) -
- Does NOT fit 2018-2021 RZR XP Turbo S (72" wide model) -
- Does NOT fit with aftermarket bumpers using four-bolt radius rod
plate for lower mounting (see photos above) -
- If you have one of the light-duty brush-guard bumpers that have a
lower mount that uses a four-bolt plate to replace the factory radius rod
plate, then you can't fit any hitch (you probably also want to get rid of
that bumper before you hit something and damage your rear suspension).
