"Boy, that thing needs a REAL front bumper!" That's the first thing that many people say when they first look at the Mule 610 or Mule 610 XC. This Thunderhawk Performance heavy-duty front bumper has been designed to replace the fragile plastic nose cover and light-duty bumper support used on the Kawasaki Mule 610, 610XC and 600.
Thunderhawk's heavy-duty front bumper is designed to provide the protection that you need and is built to last for years. This exclusive fixture-welded front bumper mounts directly to the frame and features a lower skid/bash plate to provide the ultimate in strength and protection. This bumper utilizes a large diameter tubular upper section, welded to a heavy-gauge steel lower section. Heavy-duty frame mounts bolt directly to the Mule's frame for superior strength. Durable black powdercoat finish offers superior rust protection & scratch resistance to stand up to years of heavy off-road use.
OPTIONAL BUMPER ACCESSORIES
Thunderhawk Performance also offers a winch mounting plate (KM2339), or 2" front receiver hitch (KM2591) to fit fit with this front bumper. You can also add Thunderhawk's KM7204 Rear Bumper to your order at a discount, when ordered with this front bumper. If you would like to add any of these optional items to your order, please specify this by choosing them in the drop-down menu when ordering the bumper. These will ship with the front bumper, with no additional shipping charges.
Note: You can only install a smaller (3500 lb or less, standard spool) winch with this bumper due to space constraints within the frame and bumper. The winch mounting pattern must be 3" x 4 7/8" 4-hole or 3.1" 2-hole.
Note: The winch mount and front receiver hitch cannot be used together, as they occupy the same space where mounted on the frame and bumper.

There is NO COST for you to sign up for this Group Buy pre-order. When we meet the minimum number of people for the Group Buy, we will contact everyone to let you know that we are ready to go ahead to build these parts and to verify your intent to order. You will have 3-5 days to pay for the part prior to production. Then, we'll run the parts and ship ASAP.
