Thunderhawk Performance is a small, family run company that prides our self on designing and manufacturing only the highest quality products available. All Thunderhawk Performance products are CAD designed & manufactured, fixture welded for perfect fit & easy installation every time, and subjected to strict QC inspection before shipping. All powder coated parts are media blasted, prepped and cleaned for superior powder coat adhesion.

We don't make dress up items, and we don't sell lights & stereos or other shiny accessories to impress the ladies. We do help assure that you get home at the end of the day (which may or may not impress your lady). Thunderhawk Performance primarily designs & manufactures products with the distinct purpose of solving a problem. Once we have identified a problem area or weak point, we then set about to design, test and manufacture a product that strengthens, repairs, or upgrades that particular area of the vehicle requiring attention. When you buy and install a Thunderhawk Performance product, you have made your RZR, Ranger, Mule or other side-by-side UTV a better machine.

Thunderhawk Performance is dedicated to be the expert on every vehicle for which we make products. We learn each vehicle’s strengths & weaknesses, by buying the vehicle and riding (or racing) like you do. Unlike others, we do not simply borrow vehicles for a week or two and rush them through R&D (rip-off & duplicate) to create a batch of “me-to” parts.

Thunderhawk Performance is located in Ohio, and all Thunderhawk products are designed and manufactured 100% right here, in the good, old U.S.A. We’re not playing games with words either, like you’ll find elsewhere, with B.S. like “USA Stock” or where some companies tout that they build the first batch in the USA (just to send it overseas for mass production).

If it fits and works the first time, we’ve provided a far-better experience than the typical “remove and replace” routine with a free “second-try” part. All Thunderhawk Performance products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, to assure that our customers receive the best products available. By designing & manufacturing our products this way, our customers have virtually zero problems.
When a question does arise, it is usually related to fitting our products with some other aftermarket product that the customer has chosen to also add to their machine. Whether these questions arise before you've purchased a Thunderhawk product, or after you've ordered and received a Thunderhawk product, we are available to discuss everything with you in detail to assist with your installation.We encourage everyone to call with questions before ordering, as this is the best time to answer all questions and assure that everything will work together for an easy installation experience.
