STRONGEST RZR HITCH

Thunderhawk's patent-pending double-shear mounting plate design is the key to building the strongest RZR XP 900 rear receiver hitch. This is the only hitch available that does NOT apply additional strain to the four radius rod bolts, and also strengthens the radius rods & rear frame at all times. This hitch replaces the original four-bolt radius rod plate and features additional frame mounting points (at both the top and bottom) to securely mount the hitch directly to the frame without relying only on the four radius rod bolts for mounting. By mounting the hitch to the frame in this fashion, towing loads are transferred directly to the frame to provide superior strength and eliminate damage to the frame and radius rod bolts.

DOUBLE-SHEAR DESIGN STRENGTHENS FRAME & SUSPENSION

Thunderhawk's double-shear mounting plate upgrades the stock RZR's suspension from a single-shear radius rod mount to a much stronger double-shear design. This creates a second frame mount for the radius rods that is securely attached directly to the frame to support the rear of the radius rods. With the radius rods now supported on both the front (through the stock frame) and the rear (through the Thunderhawk double-shear plate), we have doubled the strength of the radius rod mounts, eliminating frame flex and stopping the problem of deforming, cracking & egging-out the radius rod mounting holes in the RZR frame. Thunderhawk's double-shear design provides a major benefit by increasing frame and suspension strength, even when you unhook the trailer and hit the trails.

BUILT FOR EASY SERVICE & DURABILITY

A large access hole allows quick & easy service of transmission/diff fluid without removing the hitch. An automotive-grade, reinforced 2" receiver tube is used for superior strength, durability and proper fitment with standard 2" towing accessories. Double gussets eliminate deflection of the receiver tube when towing, and twin tow hook points provide easy attachment of tow hooks when necessary. The factory tow point is still accessible too. Please Note: Some photos of installed hitches are red for photo clarity, all hitches shipped out are powdercoated black.

There is NO COST for you to sign up for this Group Buy pre-order. When we meet the minimum number of people for the Group Buy, we will contact everyone to let you know that we are ready to go ahead to build these parts and to verify your intent to order. You will have 7-10 days to pay for the part prior to production. Then, we'll run the parts and ship ASAP.

We have no idea how long it might take to get the necessary Group Buy pre-orders for these parts. This will be the biggest factor that will determine when these parts will actually be built. If you are active on any forums, Facebook Groups or other social media, please let these people know about this Group Buy and post a link to this page so that others can come here to pre-order and speed things up for you. If you change your mind about buying due to the wait, or for any reason really, please let us know so that we can remove you from the pre-order list. This will avoid any additional delays for the people who are actually ordering which would be caused if many people back out at the end, after we contact everyone to finalize orders and begin production.
