The Thunderhawk rear lower chassis brace ties the Polaris RZR rear frame and rear lower control arm mounting points together, eliminating the chassis flex caused by rear suspension loads. Whether you are trail riding or jumping dunes, this lower chassis brace will strengthen your frame and the stiffened chassis will result in more responsive suspension performance.
Polaris built the RZR to be light and fast, but this has plagued the RZR with excessive chassis flex. With so many people adding lift kits, oversize tires, stiffer springs and long travel kits to their RZR, damaged frames are becoming more common. This Thunderhawk rear chassis brace will stiffen and reinforce the RZR frame to help eliminate frame damage. Whether you are simply a recreational trail rider or a more aggressive, high-speed rider, this chassis brace is recommended for you.
The Thunderhawk Performance rear lower chassis brace is a bolt-on brace that requires no drilling or cutting for installation. Does not require removal to check or fill rear differential fluid. Installs easily in less than 15 minutes using common hand tools. Durable black powdercoat finish. Made in USA.
