Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. offers our products exclusively for competition and off-road use. Buyers of competition and off-road parts are advised that these parts are for off-highway use only and special warranty provisions apply. All prices are subject to change without notice. Although Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. has carefully checked all information for accuracy, errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction.

Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. is committed to protecting customer privacy. Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. does not sell, trade or rent customer's personal information to others. We may use this information to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, use the un-subscribe button on the e-mail to be removed from our e-mail list.
Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. limits access to customer account and personal information. Thunderhawk Performance will not give out your personal information (i.e. e-mail address, telephone number, billing or shipping address, credit card information, etc), unless you authorize us to do so. We do not share any purchase data with others. We use secure technology, privacy protection controls and restrictions on employee access in order to safeguard your personal information.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
At Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. All products and services offered by Thunderhawk Performance have undergone extensive testing and evaluation to insure the highest level of quality, performance, fit and finish and are guaranteed to be free from material or manufacturing defects when you receive them. However, the industry standard for competition and off-road parts is no warranty, and these products are sold "as is" without any warranty for wear or breakage whatsoever. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. shall not be liable for damages caused by defective materials or workmanship. Should such parts prove defective following their installation, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all associated servicing or repair. Any attempted modification, repair or alteration of any product will immediately void any warranty. Thunderhawk Performance. Inc. shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect and shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability.

PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. believes that all prices listed in this catalog were accurate at the time of printing, but cannot be responsible for typographical errors or for price changes due to changing costs from suppliers. Please confirm current prices when ordering.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped within the State of Ohio are subject to current applicable sales taxes on all merchandise. Currently the tax rate is 6.75%.
RETURNS
Non-defective returns must be brand-new with all internal packaging un-opened (sealed poly bags cannot be opened), are subject to inspection before refund, and subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Any items that have been opened, installed or are in used condition cannot be returned. Items with free shipping that are returned will have the actual shipping costs plus any restocking fees deducted from the refund. Items with discounted flat-rate shipping ($9.95 or $12.95 shipping charges) that are returned will have the difference between the actual shipping costs and the discounted flat-rate shipping charge, plus any restocking fees deducted from the refund. Shipping costs on most hitches and smaller items range from $14-$22 to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs on particle separators range from $24-$39 to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs on skid plates range from $35-$54 to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs on bumpers, nerf bars and most tubular products range from $35-$72 to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs on roll bar kits range from $62-$105 to the lower 48 states.
TERMS
Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, cashiers check or money order. Special orders will require a deposit or pre-payment. We verify all credit card orders for the card holder's protection - in rare cases this process may cause a slight delay in shipping. We accept cashiers check or money order only from the United States. Personal checks and C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders are not accepted by Thunderhawk Performance, Inc.
OFF-HIGHWAY OR COMPETITION USE
Because U.S., Canadian, state or provincial laws and regulations may prohibit removal or modification of components that were installed on vehicles by the O.E. manufacturer to meet emission requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles manufactured for use on public roads and lands, Thunderhawk Performance, Inc. recommends that vehicles equipped with parts designated "for off-highway use only" not be operated on the public roads or lands and offers such parts only for track or competition use.
VEHICLE EMMISSIONS
The emissions laws and regulations of the state of California apply to all non-racing vehicles. Similar laws are also enforced in other states and locales. Consequently, some parts in this catalog may legally be used only on a racing vehicle, which will never be operated on public roads and lands. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with their local laws and regulations before ordering.
